Knitting

Our facilities are equipped with knitting machines in-house. Though not very common, we have kept this operation close enough to ensure targets are met with room to expand. This allows us to make 6000 kilograms of knitwear each day.

Stitching, Finishing, and Packing

In Line QC

A sample is kept in the main stitching area where multiple inspectors oversee and inspect produced items as they are completed to maintain accuracy.

Final QC

Before ironing and packaging, each garment is inspected and given a stamp of approval by the Quality Control team.

Printing and Embroidery

For printing, we are able to complete 2000 pieces of HTL prints, 2000 pieces with high density prints, and 4000 pieces of placed prints per run, respectively. For embroidering, we have multiple machines with 20, 18, or 12 heads to suit your designs.
